No. The customer decides which company to hire. Price, service, availability, communication and the provider's quality may all influence the decision.
After the inquiry has been shared, the decision rests with the customer. If the customer does not respond or chooses another provider, this does not entitle you to a refund.
The customer's stated email address is verified. Providing a telephone number is optional. Inquiries that are obviously incorrect, unclear or suspicious may also be reviewed by our administration before being shared with partners.
Yes. You can edit your partner profile at any time and add, change or remove services or service areas.
No. 4Offerten.ch does not charge commission on jobs you win. Further communication and order processing take place directly between you and the customer.
